Sidney Ezra, of counsel

Mr. Sidney Ezra has been practicing law and serving thousands of clients in Illinois since 1966. For the past 55 years, Mr. Ezra has dedicated his career in representing those injured by the negligence of others, defending those accused of criminal violations, and built his own extensive client base.

In September 2020, Kellogg & Jovanovic, P.C. acquired the Law Offices of Sidney Ezra. As a result of this acquisition Mr. Ezra serves in more of an advisory capacity in an of Counsel position within the Firm.

Sidney brings a wealth of legal expertise to our current practice as well as an extensive referral network. This transaction also ensured that Sidney’s current and previous clients had access to prompt and effective legal assistance during the middle of the Pandemic.

Theresa c. ceko, of counsel

Theresa C. Ceko has been a clinical professor at the Loyola University Community Law Center since 1987. In the Fall of 1999, Professor Ceko became the Law Center’s Director and continues to supervise law students in the area of family law handling such matters as divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, adoption (both international and domestic, and guardianships of minors.

Admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1985, Professor Ceko has never once waivered from providing excellent legal representation to those most at risk in our community. Her attention to detail, steadfast moral compass, and zealous advocacy to stand up for what is right has always been second to none.

In addition to being the embodiment of professionalism in the practice of law, Professor Theresa C. Ceko is managing partner Andrew N. Jovanovic’s mother.
